In Europe, although the low-speed electric vehicles are not separately defined, the EU has extremely high safety requirements, so there are very few low-speed electric vehicles that can really meet the safety standards in the market. It can be seen that foreign countries have higher requirements for drivers and manufacturers. This is one of the reasons why foreign low-speed electric vehicles are not as hot as China.
