According to eu regulations, the L6E is a low-speed electric vehicle with a maximum rated power of less than 4 kilowatts. The driver must be over 14 years old.

L7E is a low-speed electric vehicle with a maximum rated power of less than 15 kw. The driver must be over 16 years old. It takes 5 hours of theoretical training and driving theory test to apply for a driving license.
